About the barakah

The reminders in the app are words of comfort and remembrance, written to uplift, each closing with a dua or an ayah. The English meanings are plain renderings written to be easy to understand, not a published translation, and the reminders are not religious rulings. For questions of Islamic law or practice, please ask a qualified scholar.

They are also not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for help from a doctor, counselor or imam. If you are in crisis or danger, contact your local emergency number right away.

Using the app

The app, its reminders, recordings, artwork and design belong to Amos Live, Inc. They are licensed to you for your own personal, non‑commercial use under the Standard EULA. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute them. The words of the Quran and the duas themselves belong to no one; this applies to our reminders, renderings, recordings and artwork.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. When we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
